Superb Victorian Chemists Jar. Huge piece with its FANTASTIC original lid.
This was used as display in the Chemist Shop - far too large to use.

Reverse painted & it is remarkably good for its age. There is significant gilt missing off the lion...the unicorn and rest pretty good. Lid is exceptional. Good large pontil mark to the base.
Has to be collected.
