Victorian Butchers Block on Double Side Pine Base

Rare to find all original Victorian Maple Butchers Block on its Original Double Sided Pine Base.

Good and flat to work on. Two deep drawers which go all the way through and handles on each side (so no back).  Photographs show both sides.

Forged iron handles and pegged construction. The base was caustic tank stripped by the previous owner so any worm is completely gone (these early Victorian bases usually have had worm). The top is now fixed to the base - much better if children around etc. 

It is an unusual size and custom made to a Butchers specific measurements as butchers blocks are usually 2x2 3x2 4x2 5x2 etc..and this is just over 3 foot long and only 18" wide too.
