Fantastic Welsh Victorian Treen Oat Roller.
Fantastic condition & colour.
These are pretty rare as they are confined to the Bala area of Wales. Originally used to crush oats. The crushed oats were mixed with buttermilk to make a drink called siot. Siot was given to the farm workers during harvest to quench their thirst & keep their strength up. A label attached gives all this information.
Can be wrapped & posted for £9.
