A very rare Edwardian Advertising Plate for "BALLOON YEAST" in MINT condition.
"PURE BRITISH" & "BALLOON YEAST" round the edge. In the centre is a yeast bag with an air balloon centrally...& the wording "BALLOON YEAST, NEVER DONE RISING, ABSOLUTELY PURE, IRISH DISTILLERY LTD BELFAST
This would have been displayed in the Grocer`s Window.
