Rare & Large Victorian Hand Carved Treen Butter Mould - Hare

Rare to find Victorian large size hand carved treen butter mould - super subject of a HARE.

These moulds (the good original Victorian ones) are very hard to find and a hare is especially hard to get. 

One side has two pegs the other side has two holes they fit together...runny butter is poured into the base and then set...when the mould is removed you have a 3D Hare for the table. Just lovely
