A lovely condition solid pine 1920s travelling EGGS box or trunk.
Made by the Nottingham Mills Company Ltd it was made to hold 15 Dozen Eggs.
EGGS WITH CARE to the front and back. EGGS 15 DOZ and the Nottingham Mills Co Stamp either side. The top is plain and was tied with string.
No inner trays...but a great very decorative storage box with no worm. Good solid base...traces of the original staining with pine showing through.
