A Rare Victorian Sycamore Two Part Butter Mould.

Finely carved on each side as a pineapple. Pegs one side, holes the other so they fit snuggly into each other.

Runny butter put in the end and stood to cool. When you pulled the sides apart a real looking 3D pineapple emerged to stand on the table.

Good condition & colour etc... Pineapples were considered lucky & represented wealth in Victorian times.

Two part 3D butter stamps are much rarer than the single stamps.
