RARE 1920s MARSH & BAXTER LTD's Shops Advertising Man. 

Marsh and Baxter were famous for their York Hams, Wiltshire Bacon, Sausages and Pork Pies. King George V gave them a Royal Warrant and they supplied Harrods at that time too.

This would have stood on the counter in the Butchers holding a pork pie and there is a slit in the right hand to hold the price of the day.

Wonderful early piece in great condition. Early resin filled with plaster to weight.
