Large & Unusual Edwardian White Ironstone Grocers Advertsing Slab "PURE BUTTER". A rare piece and lovely with the makers plaque on the top. "S. BANFIELD BRIGHTON HASTINGS & HORSHAM".

There are a couple of hairlines and crazing and there is a small chip very much at the back. I could have it restored but it is a great original example. It is sturdy and strong and very clean.
