Very rare Late Victorian Harris's Sausages Advertising Plate. Used & Owned by Harris Butchers in Smithfield London and not to be bought or sold. Not many survived and hence the price. 

Heavy White Ironstone and in black around the edge "HARRIS'S SAUSAGES ARE THE BEST" then centrally a picture of a jockey riding a pig and underneath "The Winner of the Pork Sausage Derby" "Registered Trade Mark. WHOLESALE. HARRIS'S CORNER WEST SMITHFIELD".

Overall all really good, there is slight age crazing and underneath to the left side is a chip. Not really noticeable and photographs of all angles to see. This has been wall hung and comes with a plate fitting to wall hang.
