Early 20th Century Pine Two Tier Plate Rack with Handy Cup or Saucer Shelf to the Top.

The top tier holds dinner plates and does hold modern size larger plates which many antique racks dont. Good and strudy. 

At the moment it freestands but can be made to wall hang by adding a strut (hidden) across the back to put two hooks onto.
